Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Terrace provides marketing, lead handling, and compliance workflow tools for real estate professionals. Some features depend on services you connect under your own accounts, such as GoHighLevel, a voice AI vendor, or Meta. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One workspace belongs to one licensed agent or team; access within a workspace is controlled by its members.

3. Professional responsibility

Terrace assists with compliance workflows; it does not replace your professional judgment or your obligations. You remain solely responsible for compliance with TRESA, RECO requirements, your brokerage policies, and all applicable law, including the content of advertising, the handling of client information, and the completeness of transaction documents. Automated checks, summaries, and validations are aids, not legal advice, and may contain errors. Review everything before you rely on it.

4. Approvals and automation

The platform is designed so that irreversible actions such as sending, submitting, activating ads, or anything touching money wait for your explicit approval. When you approve an action, you authorize us to carry it out through the connected services. You can pause platform automation at any time.

5. Your content and data

• You own the content and data in your workspace.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the platform: to store, process, and transmit your content as you direct.
• You can export your workspace at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to store and use the information you put in Terrace, including client information.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Terrace to break the law, to send spam, to misrepresent yourself or your listings, to infringe the rights of others, to probe or disrupt the platform, or to access another workspace without authorization.

7. Fees

Paid plans, when offered, will be described at the time of purchase along with billing and cancellation terms. Third party services you connect bill you directly under their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the platform in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Terrace and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, for risk to the platform or other users, or where the law requires. On termination you keep the right to export your data for thirty days unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario. Contact: info@omgsystems.ca.
